Hydrozid® is a portable and convenient alternative to liquid nitrogen, with proven effectiveness in treating warts, condylomas, seborrheic keratosis, actinic keratosis, and other benign-, pre-malignant-, and special mucosal lesions.
Hydrozid® is ready for use straight out of the box and requires no additional preparations.
The device is for single-hand use and is easy to move between treatment rooms, depending on the location of the patient. After use, the device can be left in the treatment room as there are no special precautions for storage. Hydrozid® just needs to be stored in upright position, protected from sunlight and at a temperature below 50°C.
Treatment with Hydrozid® requires no personal protective equipment and does not involve any risk of reduced oxygen content in the treatment room or exposure to harmful substances by inhalation. In fact, the gas norflurane has been used in inhalers for asthma patients for about 50 years.
