Customer Portal Access
Healthcare Professionals can order products from Dunelm Pharma Ltd. by gaining access to the customer portal.
Please follow these steps to gain access:
Existing Customers
Customers who already have accounts with us can skip step 1 and go straight to step 2
Check your email for your invitation to the customer portal. Click the green button to “Accept Invitation”
NOTE: Don't forget to check you spam if you do not see the email. You can also contact us to request an invite.
This will open up the portal login. All you need to do is create your password, click “Update” and you
should then be taken to your portal.
After creating your password you should be taken to your portal dashbooard,
where you can view your financial information such as payments made, invoices
and statements.
You can go to your portal at any time from the following link:
Sign in with the portal password you created in step 2. Once signed in
you will see a dropdown menu under your name. You can go straight to the products page once signed in.
